Guangdong Jianmei Aluminum profile Factory Co. Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise specializing in manufacturing aluminium profiles. As a private company limited,the registered captial is RMB 21,000,000 JMA was set up in 1993,at the beginning from one press machine and one melting furnace. After 16 years, it had developed to own 8 melting furnaces whose capacity for aluminum billets can reach 120,000 tons per year, 32 press machines from 600 tons to 3600 tons and 3 anodizing lines (Two of them is horizontal line which can make 24ft long, the other is vertical anodizing and electrophoretic coating line from Japan), 5 powder coating lines (Three of them are horizontal lines from Switzerland and other two of them are vertical lines from Italy), 2 PVDF painting production line from Japan, 2 production lines to make the thermal break profiles (One is European style of insert-bar and the other is American style of Fill-Debridge). Also we have our own die-cutting plant (with the capacity of 2500 pieces of new dies per month),quality control system,post-sells service center ects. Nowaday,JMA is an intergrated enterprise with the research,design and manufacture for aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls as well as aluminium profiles in industrial field. Own an area of more than 100,000 square meters with over 2500 employees.
